Josh Littlejohn began his legal career at Motley Rice in 2002 as a paralegal working on asbestos and prescription drug litigation. He later enrolled in law school while continuing to work at Motley Rice and, in 2007, joined the firm as an attorney with the medical and securities fraud teams.

With five years of experience with active litigation at Motley Rice, Littlejohn has a strong background in discovery tactics, motion practice and liability document review. His experience includes playing a role in prescription drug cases, dealing specifically with marketing practices and privilege log issues, as well as drafting complaints and assisting with securities cases including derivative suits and deal cases. In addition, he has been actively involved with client relations and client intake.
